Dr. Jayanta Kumar Ray (Jay) has been with Accord since August, 1992. He holds a Ph.D. in GPS from the University of Calgary.
With 30 technical papers, multiple US patents, Dr. Jay is considered as one of the top 50 GPS Leaders in the world in 2007.
